This project consisted of the installation of approximately 2-miles of 12in 0.500wt pipeline with a new associated high-pressure meter/regulator station.  This project consisted of 3 – HDD’s and several modifications to an existing station which consisted of numerous complex tasks being completed in sequential order.  New electrical services were also installed throughout the station. 

This project consisted of the emergency installation of a 24in pipeline via Conventional Bore beneath an existing Railroad Track.  The project consisted of a 130 LF Conventional Bore beneath an active Railroad Track with the requirement of a single 24-inch line stop.  Multiple hydro-excavation trucks were utilized due to the proximity of existing utilities.  The project was completed quickly to minimize the customer's outage.    

This project included the installation of a new 73,000 lb. filter separator, fabrication and pressure testing of 2”, 24” and 30” piping, valves, and drain/storage tank. PLE also fabricated and installed all platforms, railings, and stairs to ASME/ASTM standards. The project also included numerous concrete foundations, piers, pads, electrical installation and painting.

This project consisted of installing three new boilers, pumps, new electrical control panels, and replacing four 20” valves. PLE fabricated all fuel gas, bypass, glycol supply/return, and vent piping. PLE constructed all concrete pads and exhaust chimneys. PLE also played a significant role in several design aspects of this project.

This project implemented the use of a jack and bore method to install 200’ of 16” casing and 8” carrier pipe under I-95, with an additional 400’ of 8” running parallel to the highway. The entry and exit pits, were 20 – 25’ deep, required the use of engineered approved shoring. PLE performed all excavation, welding, coating, pressure testing, and tree clearing. This job took place during a very large highway expansion project. PL-Enerserv worked closely with Maine DOT and other highway contractors to coordinate all lane closures, lane shifts, and signage to keep all operations running seamlessly.

This project consisted of multiple modifications to an existing high pressure 16in natural gas line to properly run a smart pig.  PLE crews installed 4 – 16” x 20” pig launchers/receivers, 9 – 16” Main Line Valves, and 7 – 16” Tees over a 75 miles section of the pipeline.  This project utilized numerous line- stops throughout the construction process.  PLE utilized their skilled crews to complete all facets of the project which included the civil, mechanical, and electrical installations.
